We offer
- FREE pick-up in Calgary-AB (Mission-SW)
- FREE Untracked Mail Shipping on all orders under $150 CAD - No Guarantee on delivery dates and is quite slow at times. No tracking or insurance is available
- US / Canada FREE tracked and insured shipping on orders over $150 CAD.
- US / Canada: flat rate of 10 CAD on orders under $150 CAD (It cames with a tracking number and insurance)
- International Orders the shipping are calculated automatically.
All orders take around 5 business days to be processed after the order confirmation e-mail. A notification e-mail with a tracking number will be sent to you after shipment.
* Please be aware that processing time is not the same as shipping time.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged packages and defective earrings may happen on rare occasions. In both situations, please contact us at yellowdots.studio@gmail.com within one month of purchase with your order number and a photo of the item's condition so we can evaluate the case and find a solution.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any value loss.
Cancellation Policy
As all products are made according to order, we can only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours after purchase.
