Currently, our processing time is 1-5 business days. This means that it will take between 1 and 5 business days for us to pack/ make your item(s) before we can ship it out.
If you need an item sooner than our processing time, don't hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

We offer FREE shipping, but please keep in mind that this does NOT include tracking. If you choose this option, please be aware that you risk your package getting lost in transit. Unfortunately, if this happens, we CANNOT issue you a refund or replace your jewelry. Therefore, we highly recommend choosing the tracked shipping option.
Only TRACKED orders include tracking. This option is the ONLY method of shipping that ensures you will receive your package or that you can receive a full refund or replacement should your package go missing.
If you choose tracked shipping, your item(s) will be shipped with tracking information and insurance for added peace of mind. Shipping times may vary depending on the country being shipped to.
- For shipments within Canada, delivery times typically range from 1 to 10 business days.
- For shipments to the United States, delivery times range from 2 to 14 business days.
- For international shipments, delivery times can range from 10 to 65 business days, depending on the country being shipped to.
Please keep in mind that international shipments may have further delays due to customs and additional duties and taxes that are the customer's responsibility.

After we ship the order and a tracking number is issued and sent to your e-mail, the delivery process becomes the shipper's responsibility, not Yellow Dots Studio. Please contact your shipping company with the tracking number to locate your package.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged packages and defective products may happen on rare occasions. In both situations, don't hesitate to contact us at yellowdots.studio@gmail.com within one week of the order's arrival with your order number and a photo of the item's condition so we can evaluate the case and find a solution.

As all products are made according to order, we can only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours after purchase.

Yes, we do! We understand that sometimes items may sell out before you can purchase them.
The good news is we do restock items whenever possible! However, please remember that not all designs are restocked; some are only released in a small collection. We do our best to restock our best sellers as often as possible.
