Shipping Policy

We offer

  • FREE pick-up in Calgary-AB (Mission-SW). For the seller personal safety, the address will be provided after confirmation pickup time.
  • Canada / US / International:  FREE tracked and insured shipping on orders over $100 CAD. 
  • Canada / US / International: flat rate of 10 CAD on orders under $100 CAD (It cames with a tracking number and insurance)

  • Other Shipping services are also available at checkout.

     

    Processing time.

    We’re working hard to get your order to you! Most orders will ship out in about 1–2 weeks (5–10 business days)—or maybe even sooner if we can work our magic! 🪄✨ A notification e-mail with a tracking number will be sent to you after shipment. 

    * Please be aware that processing time is not the same as shipping time, and the shipping time is an estimation and may vary.

     

    Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges.

    We do not accept returns or exchanges.

    Damaged packages and defective earrings may happen on rare occasions. In both situations, please contact us at yellowdots.studio@gmail.com within one month of purchase with your order number and a photo of the item's condition so we can evaluate the case and find a solution.

    The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any value loss.

     

    Cancellation Policy 

    As all products are made according to order, we can only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours after purchase.
